  1. How do I use the phone card(s)/PIN(s) I have purchased?
    Once you have made your purchase you will receive your PIN(s) and instructions for using your products via email or a representative will call you with this information. If you have placed an order and have not received an e-mail or a call from us, please contact our support. The call to you may be necessary to ensure your identity is not abused, since we take identity theft very seriously!

  2. How do I know what rate you offer to the country I want to call?
    We offer telephone service to all countries. To determine the rate, use our phone card search box to select the country you will be calling from and the destination to which you will be calling. Please note that if you are calling to cellular phones, your rate may be higher than when calling to a regular phone. See also Question #5, below.

  3. Is my online transaction secure?
    Yes. All online transactions are handled with the industry standard 128-bit SSL encryption. This security ensures that your credit card information is kept confidential and your transaction details remain secure.

  4. What forms of payment do you accept for online purchases?
    MKTC Telenet USA, Inc. accepts all major credit cards, such as MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. If you do not have a credit card, you can make purchases by sending a check or money order to the address listed below:

  5. Why are the rates different when calling a cell phone?
    In most international countries, a rate to a mobile phone is controlled by a network that services this particular cellular phone. Usually, they set this rate higher than for a land-line termination. We incur additional charges when connecting your call and this additional charge results in rate increases.

  6. How can I become a distributor of your products?

  7. Is there a return/exchange policy?
    All sales are final, but we can change your calling plan to a different one, should you be dissatisfied with your current one for any reason. Please call 1-866-243-6824.

  8. Can I use your phone cards from anywhere?
    We offer products that allow you to call to any country in the world from more than 26 countries of the world! You will notice that calling from the USA to international destinations is usually cheaper, than from any other country. But, you can still save a lot of money by using our service while traveling abroad, since some hotels and conference centers charge high rates to use phone lines, especially when making international calls.

  9. When will my phone card expire?
    Six months from first use.

  10. I lost my access number and PIN number. How do I retrieve it?
    Please call 1-866-243-6824. We can usually retrieve your information once we have verified your identity.
